Ownership transfer
3 to 5 business days
Change of owner in the registry. Includes checking fines, taxes, and liens before filing.
Vehicle History / Title Certificate
1 business day
Full vehicle history: previous owners, liens, seizures, and ownership restrictions. Issued directly by the transit authority.
Lien Registration / Release
5 to 10 business days
We register a new lien, or arrange for the lender to release an existing one once you finish paying off the loan.
Registration Transfer
5 to 8 business days
We transfer the vehicle's registration to a different transit authority when you move to another city or municipality.

Requirements
What we'll ask you for
- Vehicle license plate
- Ownership card
- Owner's ID (and buyer's, if it's a transfer)
- Valid SOAT insurance and roadworthiness inspection
- Proof of no pending taxes or fines
- Recent Vehicle History / Title Certificate, if you have one
