What you need on hand
- National ID, passport, or foreign resident ID
- Not listed in credit risk bureaus
- Be 18 years or older
- Bank statements from the last three months
- Income from 1.5 times the minimum wage upward
Requirements vary by lender. If you're self-employed, retired, or have credit bureau reports, write to us anyway — we work with lenders who review those profiles.
